"Sybil" Telephone Teller always allows you to transact financial business by using a touch tone phone, 22 hours a day, seven days a week. What is the best thing about this service? It is FREE to United CU Members!

With "Sybil", you can:

  • Obatin account balances
  • Obtain Loan infromation such as balances and scheduled payments
  • Find out which Share Drafts have been paid
  • Obtain the date a specified draft number cleared
  • Make transfers within your account, including loan payments.
  • Access latest dividend date and amount
  • Access latest deposit amounts (within last 7 days or the latest deposit amount)

Each Phone call is limited to five requests. You must know you account number and your member Personal Identification Number (PIN).
